Dear, have you got plans for the eve of Wednesday, May 13? Cancel them immediately. Join me at the grand opening of Mitte Büro.

What is happening exactly? Good fucking question. We are celebrating the launch of our brand-new, permanent headquarters. A multipurpose labor & leisure facility, located at Torstraße 170. Because where else would it be, honestly.

An iconic venue in the making, Mitte Büro could’ve easily been branded as a “love letter to the community.” It’s not. Rather, it’s hate mail to the algorithm. A physical address that exists whether blue-checkmark girlbosses tag it on Instagram Stories or not.

This is your formal invitation to become part of our opening chapter. I can promise a spritz bar. I can promise whipped butter and sourdough loafs. I can promise Sado Opera on the decks. I can promise the distinct possibility of me bringing my dog.

Things are set to kick off at 5 p.m. (actual 5 p.m., not Berlinese 5 p.m.). The dress code is: Your Best Self (sparkle encouraged; we’ll be documenting, of course). I’m still contemplating the dog situation. You’ll find out when you get there.

P.S. It’s our first time putting the space to use. Capacity is limited. We’ve got 75m² to play with. I’m not a scientist, so I can’t do the math. But I hope everyone will fit.
